Shareholders of Donaco have given their approval for the takeover offer extended by On Nut Road, a Hong Kong-based special purpose vehicle backed by Argyle.

Currently, On Nut Road already holds a 12.84% stake in Donaco and aims to acquire the rest of the company through this deal.

With the approval from shareholders and board members secured, the final hurdle for the acquisition is obtaining the endorsement from the New South Wales Supreme Court. The court is scheduled to make its decision on August 7, after which the transition of ownership between Donaco and On Nut Road could officially commence on August 8. The entire acquisition process is expected to be completed by August 19.
